Based in the United Kingdom (UK) our gifts and collectables are all priced individually and followed by the UK postage (shipping) costs with delivery provided by Royal Mail. We are willing to ship any gift or collectable to anywhere in the world, so if you require shipping to another country please email Jackie at: jackie@pj-gifts.co.uk Please send your name and address along with the details of the gift you require and we will let you know the cost to ship to your address. If you live in the Nottingham area we would be more than happy to pop round to your house with any gift for you to look at without obligation. Goods ordered before 5pm will be posted the next business day, goods ordered after 5pm will be posted on the second business day, after payment is received or funds cleared. All advertised products are in stock except where stated. We sell quality products from well known manufacturers and problems with them are very rare. In the event that an item turns out to be faulty or damaged we offer a full refund provided that you inform us within 7 days of receipt and then return the goods. |

It addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. PJ-Gifts does not store any personal data in any database both electronic or manual, this means PJ-Gifts are not able to pass on your personal information to any third parties. When buying goods from our website your payment is made through PayPal and it is their GDPR policy that covers the personal details you supply to PayPal. |
Distance Selling Regulations |

By buying goods on-line you have additional rights to return the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations which gives you fourteen working days after you receive the goods to cancel the order.
If you do decide to cancel your order you must send an email to:
jackie@pj-gifts.co.uk and then return the goods. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods by PJ Gifts. This refund will be the cost of the goods bought and the postage costs of sending the goods to you but not the cost of postage to return the goods. In the unlikely event of the goods not arriving at PJ Gifts if you have proof of postage then this will be accepted as proof that you have sent the goods back. This proof does not have to be recorded delivery, simply ask for a 'proof of postage' receipt from the Post Office when you send the goods back. |
